Don't apply ultrasound on the eye socket area
Don't apply ultrasound to the eyelids or eyebrows
Don't apply ultrasound between the eyes
On the neck, avoid the carotid artery, the thyroid and parathyroid glands
Do have a coupling media always available
Do double check your settings before and after a procedure.
Always keep probes moving whenever they are in contact with skin
Do not place the equipment in other instrument proximity, to avoid distraction.
