Trade In Program

Marius Group Offers an interesting and fair program that will allow you to upgrade your ultrasound inventory to Ultronics Ultrasound Equipment.

The used equipment will receive a Fair Quote, based on the market value.

Previous sales documentation will be required (copies) for a better evaluation.

Technical Support

Protocol

  1. If you consider that you experience technical problems with your system, do not intend to do any "repairs".
  2. First call your sales agent for direct technical support and assistance. The hotline is: (650) 401-6026.
  3. If the problems still persist and your equipment needs in-house repairs, you are responsible for a solid fool protected return handling and packaging, (identical with the package use for delivery), and also for Express Mailing services.
  4. If our technicians diagnose that your equipment's technical condition was generated by the lack of respect of the "Technical Manual Indications" or the "Training Instructions" received over time, you are responsible for the repairs plus S & H costs.
  5. If the machine cannot be repaired we will offer youa replacement right away, until your original unit is returned to you.

Territory

We will offer you a "territorial exclusivity area", established after "individual negotiations" are made with your company.
